Shop Policies

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason I am happy to accept returns. Please return within 14 days of your product being delivered. A full refund will then be given upon return. This may take 3-5 business days to arrive in your account.

We currently charge a flat rate on shipping of £1.99. This means that you can order as much or as little as you desire and the postage price will not change. We offer free postage on orders over £40 too.

If you need to cancel your order please let me know within 24 hours. I will then issue you with a full refund which should be in your bank within 3-5 business days. If your item has been sent please see returns policy for information. 

My current turnaround is 1-2 weeks. Orders are usually sent out much faster than this. This is there to fall back on in case of emergencies. Usually orders are sent out within 5 days of ordering. I am happy to rush orders, just message me.

In order to keep postage costs low we do not offer tracked shipping. If you have received a shipping notification your order is on it's way. Allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If it still doesn't arrive get in touch to discuss options.

All of your data is stored through WIX. I will never share your address, full name or any other information with anybody else.
